I bought this item because I liked what I saw of the design and the wording. My disappointment comes from the application of the design. In both cases (the writing panel and the picture panel) the panel has been applied too close to the handle. They are NOT central when the handle is horizontal, as it were. This makes displaying the mug displeasing and leaves so much space between the designs (ie opposite the handle) that it resembles the Pacific Ocean on a globe. With so much space there should have been a third design. This is a great pity as otherwise the quality would have been high.
